Yes. Error codes point us to the fault area but we always test properly rather than just swapping parts. You get a fixed repair price before we proceed.
Yes. We can remove and dispose of your old unit as an optional extra, and this will be included in your quote if required. All units are handled and disposed of correctly in line with refrigerant disposal requirements.
Often yes. If the existing pipework is in good condition and correctly sized, reusing it keeps the replacement cost down. We confirm this during the assessment.
